Getting Started — Login, 2FA and Modules

Welcome to the OODA Intelligence documentation. This guide walks you through everything you need to start using the platform.

Requirements

To use the OODA Intelligence platform, you need:

  • A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari)
  • An active account within your organization
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) configured
  • Access permissions for the modules you intend to use

First login

1. Accept your invitation

Your organization’s administrator sends an invitation by e-mail. Click the link to create your password.

2. Set up 2FA

On the first screen after logging in, set up two-factor authentication using an app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.

3. Explore the dashboard

Once you are logged in, the main dashboard gives you an overview of the modules enabled for your organization.

The platform is organized into modules reachable from the side menu:

  • Dashboard - Overview and metrics
  • Monitoring - Keyword monitoring
  • Leaks - Data leak detection
  • Incidents - Incident management
  • Reports - Intelligence reports
  • And 10 more modules
