This Cookie Policy describes how OODA Intelligence (“we”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this site (oodaintel.com), in accordance with Brazil’s data protection law, the LGPD — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Law No. 13,709/2018) — and the guidance issued by the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a site. They let the site remember information about your visit — the language you chose, your preferred theme, or whether you are already logged in.
Similar technologies include: localStorage, sessionStorage, web beacons, pixel tags and device fingerprinting. This policy applies to all of them.
2. The principles we follow
- Active opt-in: non-essential cookies stay blocked until you give explicit consent.
- Granularity: you choose by category (Essential, Preferences, Analytics, Marketing).
- Reversibility: you can withdraw your consent at any time, through the floating button or the link in the footer.
- Transparency: every cookie in use is listed below, with its purpose and retention period.
- Minimization: we use strictly what the site needs in order to work.
3. Cookie categories
3.1 Essential (always on)
Required for basic operation. These do not require consent (legal basis: legitimate interest / performance of a contract).
This marketing site (oodaintel.com) is static and sets no cookies of its own: the only essential record is your consent choice, written to your browser’s localStorage. The items marked as workspace below are set only inside the authenticated area (<your-organization>.oodaintel.com), after login, and are listed here for transparency.

3.3 Analytics (opt-in)
These collect aggregated, anonymized data about how you use the site (pages visited, reading time, device) to help us improve it. The IP address is anonymized before being sent.
At present, no analytics provider is active on this site. If we do start using one (e.g. Plausible, Matomo, Google Analytics 4 with anonymize_ip), we will update this table and ask for fresh consent.
3.4 Marketing (opt-in)
These make it possible to show relevant advertising on other platforms and to measure its effectiveness. At present no marketing cookies are active.
4. How to manage your preferences
You can manage your preferences at any time through:
- The initial banner: shown on your first visit.
- The floating cookie button (the icon in the bottom-left corner of the site).
- The footer link: “Manage cookies”.

5. International transfer
Essential and preference cookies are stored only on your device — there is no international transfer.
The data you send through this site’s contact form is not a cookie, but it is processed outside Brazil (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets). That international transfer is described in §6.4 of the Privacy Policy.
If at some point we enable cookies from external providers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and the like), your data may be processed on servers outside Brazil. Should that happen, we will tell you beforehand which countries are involved and which standard contractual clauses we have adopted to guarantee an adequate level of protection, as required by Art. 33 of the LGPD.
6. Embedded third-party cookies
Some pages may embed third-party content (a YouTube video, a map embed). Those third parties may set their own cookies, under their own policies. We list the main ones whenever they are active:

7. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated whenever we change the cookies or technologies we use. When it is updated, your current consent choice will be invalidated and we will ask for fresh consent — you will see the banner appear again.
