Data Protection Officer (DPO)

As required by Art. 41 of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law 13,709/2018), OODA Intelligence has formally appointed its Personal Data Processing Officer (known in Brazilian law as the Encarregado and internationally as the DPO — Data Protection Officer), whose duties are to:
- Handle requests from data subjects (that is, from you).
- Receive communications from the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
- Advise employees and contractors on data protection practices.
- Carry out the other duties determined by the controller or set out in complementary rules.

What you can request
As a data subject, you are guaranteed the rights listed in Art. 18 of the LGPD:
- Confirmation that processing is taking place.
- Access to the data.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data.
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed unlawfully.
- Portability of the data to another service or product provider.
- Deletion of personal data processed on the basis of your consent.
- Information about the public and private entities with which the controller has shared your data.
- Information about your option not to give consent, and about the consequences of refusing.
- Withdrawal of consent.

If you believe that OODA Intelligence’s processing of your data breaches the LGPD and that our DPO has not resolved the matter adequately, you may take your complaint directly to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority:
